Think of looking through decorating magazines to get ideas for your kitchen remodeling project, and don't just look at pictures of kitchens. You might get great ideas from pictures of other rooms in a home. 

For example, a picture of a small desk in a living room might inspire you to buy a similar style desk for your kitchen. Maybe you'll find a beautiful chandelier in the picture of a dining room or a living room. If you want to set an elegant mood in your kitchen, there isn't a reason that you can't include a beautiful chandelier in your kitchen design, is there?
